White Dry Tradition Qvevri Wine
This wine, made in the Traditional Georgian way in subterranean terracotta jars – Qvevri, exuberantly exhibits notes of apricots, dried fruits, as well as roasted nuts. Full bodied taste, rich of fine tannins from traditional long maceration, shows suppleness and is bountiful. Kisi is a grape variety unique to Georgia. This style of Kisi wines can be aged for up to 5 - 6 years, while developing quite complex and beautiful bouquet and aroma of dried fruit and nuts. Body is somewhat tannic, bit soft and exuberant. Perfect with different cheeses and meat products both stewed and fried. Best enjoyed at 8 – 10 0 C
