6. User Rights

6.1. The User has the right to:

6.1.2. Request the correction, updating, supplementation, blocking, deletion, or destruction of Data, or the restriction or cessation of its processing.

Note: If the User requests full or partial deletion of Data, or full or partial restriction of processing by www.vazisubaniestate.ge, this may result in the suspension or termination of the Services or the User’s ability to use them.

6.1.3. Object to the processing of Data for direct marketing purposes. Refusal to allow Data processing for direct marketing purposes shall not affect the Company’s right to use contact/communication Data for the purpose of providing service-related information.

7. Termination of Data Processing

7.1. Where the termination of Data processing is based on a request from the User or arises from applicable legislation, the cessation of processing and/or deletion/destruction of Data (as requested) shall be carried out within a reasonably short period, in accordance with the Law of Georgia on Personal Data Protection, in a manner that does not infringe upon the rights and interests of other persons.

7.2. Within 20 (twenty) days following the User’s cessation of use of the platform, all Data related to the User shall be deleted by www.vazisubaniestate.ge.

8. Amendments

8.1. www.vazisubaniestate.ge is authorized to unilaterally amend this document from time to time. Any such amendments shall automatically apply to the User and shall be legally binding upon publication.
